“去商品化”视角下社会保障与经济增长

摘要 院文章从去商品化角度出发,分析了福利国家社会保障制度对经济增长的影响,并利用1980 年-2010 年20 个OECD 国家的数据进行实证检验.研究结果表明去商品化程度会影响社会保障的经济效果,在去商品化程度较高的国家,公共福利保障制度能有效地提高人力资本的积累,因而社会保障能促进经济增长.最后本文针对研究结论提出了相关的政策启示,希望能为当前我国社会保障制度的改革提供经验支持.
