新视角下西藏问题的研究

A Study on Tibetan Problem from a New Perspective

"治国必治边,治边先稳藏"。西藏问题的治理好坏直接影响着国内的政治安全,社会的安全秩序。西藏自和平解放以来,取得了世人称赞的成就,人民的生活有了质的变化。但是目前仍然存在种种社会问题,主要有:第十四世达赖喇嘛统领的藏独集团竭力寻求"西藏独立",汉藏间的民族内部矛盾,物质文化极大提高而导致的宗教与世俗的对抗以及无人进藏等。对此应深刻剖析,并提出相应的解决方案,以有效加强和促进西藏的健康发展。

'The governance of China shall first administrate the frontiers, the administration of the frontiers must first stabilize the Tibet.' The result of solving Tibetan problems has a direct impact on political security and social order in China. Since Tibet was peacefully deliberated, remarkable achievements have been made and the living quality has been greatly improved as well. However, several social issues also exist there,including thesplitting activities carried our by Tibetan independence group that is under the guidance of Dalai Lama is frequent; inner contradictions between the Han nationality and the Zang become intense; the Confrontation between religion and convention, caused by ever-improving material culture is distinct and people entering Tibet is few. These problems should be analyzed in details and countermeasures should be come up with to promote Tibet to develop in a healthy way.
