民族社会工作发展刍议

Development Analysis about Ethnic Social Work

近年来社会工作凭借其专业优势在少数民族地区反贫困、社区能力建设、帮扶弱势群体、挖掘和保护少数民族传统文化等方面充分发挥其功能和作用,促进了少数民族地区社会事业的发展,解决和化解了种种社会问题和矛盾,为少数民族地区的社会治理与和谐发展增添力量。但是由于受到地域、宗教、文化等因素的影响,民族社会工作在发展过程中面临着一些困难,比如服务体系尚未发育成熟、介入的领域偏窄、程度偏低、少数民族群众对社会工作认知不足、人才队伍有待优化,这一切成为了民族社会工作的发展阻力。为了完善民族社会工作,应该通过统筹规划,完善民族社会工作服务体系;加大社会组织的协作的力度;实现社会工作"再本土化"等举措,促进民族社会工作有序发展。

In recent years,social work has played important roles in the fields of poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas,community members empowerment,helping the vulnerable people,and protection of ethnic traditional culture,which promotes the development of social affairs,solves social problems and adds strength to social governance and harmonious development.But due to geographical,religious and cultural factors,the ethnic social work faces some difficulties,such as immature service system,narrow service field,low service level,lacking cognition of social work of ethnic minority people,and need better social workers,which become the development resistance of ethnic social work.In order to improve the ethnic social work,some measures should be taken,such as perfecting the ethnic social work service system; intensifying collaboration of social organizations; realizing the ‘relocalization' and so on.
