摘要
目的:了解南充市大学生对食品安全KAP模式的现状,为更好促进南充市大学生食品安全教育提供科学依据。方法:在西华师范大学、西南交大希望学院采取单纯随机抽样的方法,抽取200名同学作为研究对象。在川北医学院按照先分层后整群的抽样方法。结果:关于"绿色食品"的定义知晓率最高,达99.54%。细菌性食物中毒的高发季节知晓率最低,仅为38.61%。结论:南充市大学生食品安全教育有待加强。
Objective:Students understand the current situation of food safety Nanchong KAP model, provide the scientific basis for better promotion of food safety education college students in Nanchong City. Method: In China West Normal University, Southwest Jiaotong Hope College take method simple random sampling, 200 students as research subjects. Cluster sampling method in accordance with the first hierarchical North Sichuan Medical College. RESULTS: The definition of the highest awareness of 'green food', amounting to 99.54%. Bacterial food poisoning in the high season awareness lowest, only 38.61%.Conclusion: Students Nanchong food safety education needs to be strengthened.
