摘要
抽沙平台、输沙管道的固定与移动技术是高含沙水流远距离管道输送的关键技术之一。通过调查分析和现场试验,抽沙平台采用在船体四角抛铅丝笼的方法固定,通过调整4根连接铅丝笼和抽沙平台的钢丝绳来实现平台的短距离移动,长距离移动则采取提出铅丝笼重新固定抽沙平台的办法;输沙管道采用每隔100 m固定一处的方法,每个固定点包含10个质量为50 kg的沙袋,相邻两个固定点的沙袋分别抛在管道两侧,输沙管道的移动受天气和地形条件的影响,要因地制宜地选择适当长度进行分段移动。
It is important to study the technologies of long distance hyper?concentrated flow pipeline transportation. And the technology of fixed and mobile of the pumping sand platform and sediment delivery pipes is one of the key technologies. Through investigation and analysis and field test, the pumping sand platform can be fixed by throwing gabions at four corners. And it can move in the short distance by adjusting the length of the four wire ropes. If the pumping sand platform needs to move in the long distance, the gabions need to be taken out from the water. The sediment delivery pipe can be fixed by throwing sandbags which is 50 kg everyone. Each fixed point is 100 m apart and contains 10 sandbags. And the sandbags adjacent two fixed points are thrown on both sides of the pipeline. The movement of the sediment delivery pipe is be affected by the weather and terrain conditions. So the pipe needs to segmented move and choose the appropriate length.
