小浪底水库深水抽沙操作技术研究

摘要 高含沙水流远距离管道输送试验中,深水抽沙技术是关键技术。为了进行水下抽沙试验,改进研制了满足深水库区抽沙要求的深水抽沙泵,并在小浪底库区进行了深水抽沙试验。结果表明:深水抽沙泵入水时要把水下胶管、水枪胶管和电缆一起固定在卷扬机钢丝绳上,以防止水下胶管滑落和缠绕;水下抽沙时要先开启高压水枪再开启抽沙泵,在抽沙的过程中要时刻关注各仪表数据,据此调整抽沙泵的高度,控制含沙量大小;抽沙结束后,需要将泵提至清水层抽清水冲洗输沙管道,直到符合停泵要求时再关闭抽沙泵。 The technology of long distance hyper?concentrated flow pipeline transportation can effectively reduce the deposition of reservoir and prolong the life of reservoir. And the underwater sand pumping technology is one of the key technologies. For underwater pumping sand test, we specially studied the deep?water pumping sand pump, which met the requirements of sediment removal from reservoirs. And through deep water pumping sand tests in the Xiaolangdi Reservoir, we obtained much information and experience of the deep?water pumping sand technology. The results show that when the deep?water pumping sand pump is launching, the underwater pump hose, water gun hose and cable need to be fixed on the windlass wire rope to prevent slipping and winding;before staring the pump, the high pressure water jet needs to turn on firstly, for controlling sediment concentration, we need to adjust the pump height according to meter data in the process of pumping sand;after pumping sand, the pump needs to be raised to water layer and pump water to flush the pipeline until meeting the requirements of stopping the pump and then close down.
