蒸汽驱三维物理模拟实验及汽窜后接替方式 被引量:8

3D PHYSICAL SIMULATING EXPERIMENT OF STEAM FLOODING AND ALTERNATING METHOD AFTER THE STEAM BREAKTHROUGH

摘要 根据三维物模实验及数值模拟技术,研究了蒸汽驱开发效果及蒸汽突破后期的开发方式。三维物模实验揭示了蒸汽驱过程中温度场与蒸汽腔的平面波及与纵向波及规律。在三维实验中,蒸汽超覆现象较严重,纵向波及情况较差,模型底部剩余油饱和度较高,采出程度较低。数值模拟表明,在蒸汽驱汽窜后,汽水交替与间歇汽驱的采出程度远高于继续蒸汽驱,汽水交替的注入热量最低。通过相似准则对数模结果进行反演,得到了相似结论。实验及模拟的原油及孔、渗参数与辽河X区块相同,研究成果对油田现场开发具有指导意义。 According to the 3D physical modeling experiment and numerical simulating technique, the developed effects of the steam flooding and later developing methods after the steam breakthrough are researched. In the 3D experiment, the overlay phenomenon is serious, the vertical sweep efficiency is poor and the remained oil saturation is high at the bottom of the model, the recovery degree is also rather lower. The numerical simulation shows that af- ter the breakthrough, the produced degrees of WASP ( water alternating steam process) and interval steam flooding are higher than that of continuous steam flooding, the injected heat of the former is the least. By means of the simi- larity principle, the inversions of the simulation results are conducted, the similar conclusion is presented. The oils in the experiment and simulation and porosity-permeability parameters are alt the same with those in Block X of Li- aohe Oilfield, the study achievements possess a certain guiding significance for the field production and operation of the oilfield.
