On Informatization Management in Tobacco Enterprises

信息技术日新月异的发展使烟草企业在人力资源管理、科技创新管理等方面面临着重大的机遇与挑战。作为处在垄断环境下的大型国有企业,烟草企业的信息化管理水平直接影响着企业的发展。从信息化管理的角度对上述两个方面进行了研究,分析当前烟草企业面临的问题并提出了解决方案。

The fast changing information technology is bringing tobacco enterprises with both opportunities and challenges in the aspects of human resource management and scientific innovation management. The inforrnatization management in tobacco enterprises, a kind of large scale state-owned monopoly enterprises, directly affects their development. From the perspective of informatization management, the above-mentioned aspects were studied and problems in current tobacco enterprises were analyzed.
