摘要
水泥搅拌桩具有施工方便、费用低廉、加固软弱土厚度大等特点,在国内得到了广泛应用,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。但是对其加固机理和破坏机理的研究还不够完善,在实际工程中经常会出现一些问题,导致工程的进展不够顺利。结合黄骅港矿石码头轨道梁基础的施工情况,如场地的工程地质、软土土层的分布情况,经专家进行现场工艺研讨和指导及科学的检测方案,对成桩工艺进行优化,总结出单轴双向搅拌桩机"两喷四搅"的施工工艺,并提出了影响水泥搅拌桩强度的因素。
Due to its characteristics of convenient construction, low cost and strong soft soil strengthening capacity, cement mixing pile has been widely used in China and has achieved good economic and social benefits. However, researches on its reinforcement mechanism and failure mechanism are yet to be completed. In practical engineering, problems occur frequently, resulting in unfavorable project progress. Combined with the construction status of track beam foundation in Huanghua Port Ore Terminal, such as geological engineering and soft soil layer distribution in sites, the pile forming process was optimized and a "Two Four Jet Mixing" construction process by a single axis bidirectional mixing pile machine was adopted according to on-site technical seminars, experts' guidance and detection schemes. In the end, factors influencing the strength of cement mixing piles were also presented.
