医学期刊文献中常见的统计学问题分析

Analysis of Statistical Problems in Medical Journals

按照"中华医学会系列杂志审读中对科研设计与统计学方面的要求",收集、整理某医学类期刊2014年投稿文献,分析其中常见的统计学问题,主要包括:统计研究设计、数据收集与表达、统计方法的选择中存在的错误和漏洞。综合研究后,提出应当从期刊编辑、评审专家和文章作者三方面出发,即加强统计学理论的培训,强化作者的统计学意识,严格专家审稿制度,以保证医学科研论文的严谨、合理。

To standardize and improve the statistical competence of medical researchers and statistical analysis level of stud- ies to ensure the academic quality of medical papers, a series of Chinese Medical Association journals were evaluated ac- cording to scientific research design and statistical requirements and data collection methods. A number of medical journal articles published in 2014 were collated and analyzed for common statistical problems. A comprehensive analysis was given and it points out that the status of medical statistics in medical literature has become increasingly important. Besides, training on statistical theory, as well as the statistical proficiency of authors and researchers should be strengthened.
