摘要
针对低速电动车使用的小功率开关磁阻电动机,设计了对应的驱动系统。采用不对称半桥结构作为主电路,应用铝基板散热方案,解决了主开关器件功率MOSFET的散热问题。针对控制电路和驱动电路的要求,设计了辅助开关电源。基于IR2110设计了MOSFET的驱动电路,给出了自举回路和过电流保护电路的计算和设计方法。同时,基于数据采集卡PCI-6220和LabVIEW设计了一套开关磁阻电动机测试系统。该系统在低速电动车和观光车等特种车辆上实践成功,并在贵州新能源汽车基地实现产业化。
The drive system for the low power switched reluctance motor for the low-speed electric vehicles was de- signed. The drive system was based on asymmetric half-bridge structure, and used aluminum plate cooling solution to solve the power MOSFET switching cooling problem. Assisted switching power supply was designed to meet the demands of con- trol system and drive system. The power MOSFET use IR2110 to drive, and the bootstrap circuit and over-current protec- tion circuit was designed to assure its stability. In the meantime, a special switched reluctance motor test system was also designed by PCI-6220 and LabVIEW. This system is successful applied in low-speed electric vehicles and tourist cars and other special vehicles, and achieve industrialization in the Guizhou New Energy Vehicles Base.
