金属陶瓷太阳能选择性吸收涂层传热研究

摘要 在太阳能热利用中,太阳能集热器的传热性能至关重要。主要综述了太阳能光谱选择性吸收涂层有效导热系数的理论预测方法、材料制备方法以及实验测量导热系数的方法。对比了多种方法,简要分析了各种方法的优缺点,强调了界面接触热阻在复合材料导热中的重要性。最后将理论、制备、实验三者结合,对未来的发展趋势做出了展望。 The heat transfer performance of solar collector is critical in the utilization of solar heat. Three methods are reviewed, including the theoretical prediction method which can be used to measure the effective thermal conductivity of the solar selective absorbing coating, the material preparation method and the experimental method that can be used to measure thermal conductivity. A variety of methods are compared and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed briefly. The importance of thermal conductivity of interracial thermal contact resistance in compound material is emphasized. A prospective future including the trends of theory, preparation, and experiment is discussed.
