摘要
以Ca_3Si_2O_7(C_3S_2)矿物和CO2为反应物,以水为反应介质,研究了不同水固比条件下C_3S_2的碳化过程,测定了碳化过程中的质量、体积及抗压强度变化,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、同步热分析仪(TG-DSC)等测试手段,研究不同水固比条件下试样的物相与形貌变化,结果表明水固比显著影响C_3S_2的碳化速率,研究发现最佳掺水量为14%,在此条件下C_3S_2矿物碳化3d的增重率为13.5%、抗压强度为33.6 MPa。
With rankinite (C3S2) mineral and CO2 as the reactant, water as reaction medium, rankinite carbonization process was studied under the condition of different water cement ratio, at the same time, the quality and vo- lume of carbonization process was measured as same as compressive strength. Through X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), differential thermal scanning calorimetry analyzer (TG and DSC) test means, phase morphology changes were studied under the condition of different water cement ratio. Results showed that water solid ratio significantly influences the carbonization rate of rankinite. The best mixing water was 14%, under which condition, the carbide weight gain rate of rankinite mineral was 13.5%, and the compressive strength was 33. 6 MPa after 3 days.
