"一带一路"国家战略的提出,无疑是新的历史条件下回族学学科拓展和超越的好契机。在这一国家战略的背景下,回族学要取得内涵式发展,就必须在反思学科建设的基础上,进一步加强学科基础理论建设,澄清学科的本体论、认识论、方法论、实践论等方面的基本问题,规划未来努力的方向和目标,以实现学科发展与国家战略发展的同步。

One Belt One Road Strategy provides good opportunity for the extension and development of I-Iui Studies in the new historical circumstances. Under the background of ＂B＆R＂, in order to realize the connotative development, Hui Studies should strength the construction of its basic theories, clarify the basic questions of the discipline on ontology, epis- temology, methodology and practice and plan the target in the future based on the reflection on its discipline construction. Thus, Hui Studies will realize transcendence as the development of the national strategy.
