摘要
本文对超声提取法提取纺织品中NPEO的条件进行了研究,通过LC-MS/MS,HPLC法测定NPEO含量。实验表明:采用合适的温度和时间进行超声提取,完全可以达到国标推荐的索氏提取对NPEO的提取效果,在NPEO的检测中可以用简便的超声萃取代替繁琐的索氏提取。
In this paper, the conditions of NPEO were studied by ultrasonic extraction. The content of NPEO was determined by LC-MS/MS and HPLC. The results showed that the extraction effect of NPEO was achieved by using appropriate temperature and time, and the extraction of NPEO was achieved by simple ultrasonic extraction.
