摘要
本论文分析了采用低合金钢焊材和隔离层焊接接头结构的SA-387Gr11CL2耐热钢和Q345R低合金钢的焊接接头的常温性能、微观组织和结构。经过焊接工艺试验证明,采用"隔离层"可以在低合金钢与耐热钢之间获得优良的焊缝,有效地解决低合钢和耐热钢之间的焊接难题,保证产品的焊接质量。
The room temperature mechanical property and microcosmic metallographical of weld joint with buttering for Q345R and SA -387Grl 1CL2 was studied. Experimental results show that weld joint with buttering between low alloy steel and high -temperature steel have excellent property, and the weld problem between low alloy steel and high- temperature steel is resolved.
