摘要
轴套管类零件的生产制造中,受中拖板和小拖板的限制,超出范围的零件加工困难。结合生产实际,研究制造通用型延伸扩展刀架,扩大零件加工范围,提升加工系统刚性,提高锥面配合件加工和装配精度,适应锅炉各种钢管的坡口加工需要,生产效率与加工质量提高十分明显。
Production shaft sleeve -type parts, the restricted in the carriage and the carriage of small, out of range of parts processing difficulties. Actual production, Universal Manufacturing ex- tended the turret, to expand the range of parts processing, enhance processing system rigidity and improve cone fitting precision machining and assembly, to adapt the various boiler pipe beveling needs, improve production efficiency and processing quality very obvious.
