改良皮肤轮匝肌切除联合内固定术治疗先天性下睑内翻的手术方法探讨

Discussion of modified skin and orbicular muscle resection combined with internal fixation for patients with congenital lower eyelid entropion

目的探讨一种改良的先天性下睑内翻的手术方法及效果。方法对35例（60眼）5～46岁的先天性下睑内翻患者行改良皮肤轮匝肌切除,皮下深部内固定,连续缝合皮肤切口。对手术效果及并发症发生情况进行评价。结果随访6个月,57眼治愈、3眼复发,治愈率为95%。所有患者术后无明显手术瘢痕,无下睑皮肤皱褶,无下睑退缩及下睑外翻。结论采用改良皮肤轮匝肌切除＋内固定术治疗先天性下睑内翻,疗效确切、并发症少,且外形美观,适合各年龄段患者,是一种理想的手术方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of an improved surgical method and technique on patients with congenital lower eyelid entropion. Methods Sixty eyes of 35 patients aged from 5 to 46 years who suffered congenital lower eyelid entropion were treated with modified skin and orbicular muscle resection, deep subcutaneous fixation and continuous suture. The clinical effect and complications were evaluated. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months after the surgery. Fifty-seven eyes were successfully recovered and 3 eyes were unsuccessful. The curative rate was 95% with no obvious skin scar, lower eyelid skin folds, retraction and ectropion. Conclusions Modified skin and orbicular muscle resection combined with internal fixation is an ideal surgical treatment for patients with congenital lower eyelid entropion. It is an effective surgical treatment with fewer complication and suitable for patients of all ages.
