摘要
耳蜗毛细胞通过顶部纤毛的运动将声信号转换为电信号,通过蜗核等听觉中枢传导至听觉皮质而产生听觉。环境、药物及遗传等因素可导致哺乳动物内耳毛细胞的损伤和死亡,严重影响听力。研究表明,哺乳动物可通过不同途径实现耳蜗毛细胞再生。本文旨在对目前耳蜗毛细胞再生的研究进展进行综述。
The cochlea provide a sense of hearing by converting sound vibration into electrical signals via ciliary movement on the top of hair cells. Ageing, acoustic trauma, environmental chemical toxins, aminoglycosides as well as heritage all eontribute to hearing loss and can cause death of mammalian sensory hair cells. Studies show that mammalian hair cell regeneration can be induced through multiple approaches. Here the authors review the recent progress toward the regeneration of inner ear hair cells.
