高校学生党员发展评议体系的构建——基于主成分分析法的研究视角

构建科学、合理的高校学生党员发展评议体系,有助于丰富高校学生党建工作理论。现有研究在评议对象及方法上需要改进。利用主成分分析法,明确基本思路,选取评议指标,建立三个层级的评议体系,构建评议模型并选取5个学生作为实例验证,根据这些学生的综合得分情况,决定是否作为党员发展对象及发展的次序。这一模型体系及实例能为高校学生党员发展工作提供借鉴和指导。但研究提出的发展评议体系定性与定量的权重及分值需要优化、指标需要细化和操作性需要加强。
