摘要
通过物质流动的源、路径及汇的分析和定量地确定流的量、成分及去向,可以获得提高物质利用效率、减少废弃物产生和降低能耗的有效方法,指导清洁生产方案的制定。具体清洁生产审核工作中的物质流分析包括物料平衡、水平衡、特征污染因子平衡和能量平衡分析。对清洁生产审核工作中物质流分析的步骤进行了归纳梳理,分析了实际审核工作中常遇到的问题和难点,并举例分析了物质流的四种常用平衡,以为审核工作者提供有益的思路和参考。
Through the analysis of the source, path and sink of material flow and the quantitative collection of the flow quantity, composition and directions,it is feasible to obtain effective methods to improve materi- al utilization efficiency and reduce waste generation,which guides the establishment of cleaner production schemes. The specific material flow analysis in cleaner production audit includes the analysis of the material balance,water balance, featured pollution factor balance and energy balance. This paper summarizes the work procedures of the material flow analysis in cleaner production audit, and analyzes the problems and difficulties frequently encountered in practical audit work. The paper also takes an example to analyze the four kinds of common material flow balance in order to provide useful thoughts and references for the audit staff.
