摘要
页岩气作为一种新型能源已受到世界各地的青睐,其高效率、低成本、安全开采成为当前研究的热点问题。在综述页岩气的成藏分布、开采技术现状的基础上,分析了页岩气开发过程中存在的环境灾害、地质灾害、甲烷泄漏灾害以及页岩气开采过程中钻井设备失效等安全风险,并从开采技术、安全管理、法律政策三个角度提出了相应的安全对策,以为我国页岩气的安全开采、高效和可持续开发利用提供参考。
Shale gas,as a new energy,has been favored throughout the world. Its high efficiency,low cost and safe exploitation have become a hot issue of current research. Based on the review of the shale gas res- ervoir distribution, mining technology status, this paper analyzes the security risks in the shale gas develop- ment process, such as the environmental disasters, geological hazards, methane leakage disasters and drilling equipment failure and so on. The paper also proposes safety countermeasures from the perspective of min- ing technology,safety management and legal policy in order to provide a reference for the safe and efficient exploitation and sustainable development of shale gas in China.
