摘要
民航机务维修人员能力和素质水平的高低直接影响到航空器的维修质量,关系着航空器的运行安全。在分析民航机务维修人员的工作任务特点、任职资格标准和岗位任务描述的基础上,通过多种方式提取民航机务维修人员胜任素质要素,建立民航机务维修人员胜任素质要素集,编制胜任素质调查问卷,经实际调研收集数据进行探索性因素分析,构建民航机务维修人员胜任素质四维模型,并运用结构方程模型进行验证性因素分析,以验证模型的结构效度。结果表明:该模型可应用于民航机务维修人员的综合素质测评,可为民航机务维修人员的招聘和培训提供参考依据。
The capacity and quality level of civil aviation maintenance personnel directly affects the mainte- nance quality of an aircraft, which is closely related to the operation safety of the aircraft. On the basis of analyzing the task characteristics, personnel qualification standards and task description of aircraft's main- tenance,this paper first establishes a library of the competency elements of civil aviation maintenance per sonnel, which are extracted through a variety of ways,and compiles a questionnaire for competency of civil aviation maintenance personnel. Then, after the practical data collection and exploratory factor analysis, the paper builds a four-dimensional competency model of civil aviation maintenance personnel. Finally, the pa per conducts the confirmatory factor analysis by using structural equation model to verify the construct va- lidity of the competency model. The results show that the model can be applied to overall quality evaluation for civil aviation maintenance personnel and provide a reference basis for the recruitment and training of civil aviation maintenance personnel.
