玉米芯制备木糖预处理方法的研究进展

摘要 玉米芯等木质纤维素类生物质作为最丰富的可再生资源,经过预处理后可生产木糖、木糖醇等高附加值产品。预处理可以提高酶解效率与还原糖产量。预处理方法可分为4种:物理法、化学法、物理-化学法、生物法。本文主要介绍了玉米芯的组成以及不同预处理方法的优缺点,为充分利用玉米芯提供参考。 Corncob and other lignocellulosic biomasses, abundant renewable resources, can be used to pro-duce some high-added-value products like xylose and xylitol after proper pretreatments. The pretreatment is toincrease the efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis and the production of reducing sugar. Normally, there are fourtype of pretreatment methods, i. e. , physical method, chemical method, physico-chemical method, and biologicalmethod. In this paper,the composition of corncob as well as the advantages and disadvantages of different pre-treatment methods are introduced,which will provide references for making full use of corncobs.
