海南长刺带叶苔挥发油化学成分的研究

摘要 首次采用快速溶剂萃取技术萃取海南长刺带叶苔[Pallavicinia subciliata(Austin)Steph.]挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对海南长刺带叶苔挥发油化学成分进行分析,并利用质谱图进行计算机检索。共鉴定出海南长刺带叶苔挥发油中17种化合物,其中菲、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、棕榈酸、亚硝酸正丙酯4种化合物的相对含量较高,分别为41.54%、41.27%、11.57%、1.57%。 Essential oil was extracted from Hainan Pallavicinia subciliata (Austin) Steph. by acceleratedsolvent extraction(ASE), and its composition was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GCMS), and computer retrievals were also carried out by using mass-spectrograms. Total 17 compounds were identified from the essential oil, in which phenanthrene, dibutyl phthalate, n-hexadecanoic acid, and propyl nitritehad relatively high contents,being was 41.54% ,41.27% ,11.57%, 1.57% ,respectively.
