甘蔗叶内生真菌Aspergillus niger GZ-4总黄酮含量测定方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用硝酸铝显色法、三氯化铝显色法和紫外分光光度法对甘蔗叶内生真菌Aspergillus niger GZ-4总黄酮含量的测定结果进行比较。结果表明:硝酸铝显色法和三氯化铝显色法不适用于GZ-4菌株总黄酮含量的测定;采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,在0~0.048mg·mL^(-1)范围内吸光度与浓度的线性关系良好(R=0.9999),平均加样回收率为101.4%,RSD为1.8%(n=5)。该方法可以简便、快速、准确地测定GZ-4菌株总黄酮含量。 A comparison was made for determination of total {lavonoids in endophytic fungi Aspergillus ni-ger GZ-4 from sugarcane leaves by NaNO2-AI(NO3)3-NaOH colorimetry,A1C13 colorimetry and UV speetro-photometry. Results showed that NaNO2-AI(NO3)3-NaOH colorimetry method and A1C13 colorimetry methodwere not suitable to determine total flavonoids in strain GZ-4. Total flavonoids in strain GZ-4 was successfullydetermined by UV spectrophotometry with rutin as reference substance. The linear ranges of rutin were 00. 048 mg · mL-1 (R=0. 9999) and the average recovery was 101.4% with corresponding RSD of 1.8%(n=5).This method is convenient,rapid,accurate and suitable for determination of total {lavonoids in strain GZ-4.
