摘要
押哥穆尔卡主张的多党合作制,坚持共产党的领导,保留波兰的议会民主制度,坚持民主协商、多党合作、联合执政,其实质是社会主义的政党制度。它既影响了波兰社会主义时期的政党制度,也丰富了社会主义国家政党制度的理论和实践,亦具有深刻的启示。
The Multi-party Cooperation System, advocated by Wladyslaw Gomulka, proposes the leadershipof the Communist Party, in which parliamentarism in Poland has been remained and the principles ofdemocratic consultation, multi-party cooperation and co-governing has been employed. The essence of thesystem is a political party system of Socialism. It affected the political party system of Poland in the timeof socialism period, enriched the theories and practice of political party system in socialist countries, andgave deep enlightenment on people.
