我院114例药品不良反应报告分析

Analysis of adverse drug reaction report in 114 cases in our hospital

目的 分析我院不良反应（ADR）报告,为临床合理、安全用药提供参考。方法 对2014年1~12月我院临床药学部收集到的全院各科室上报的药物ADR报告进行统计、分析,探讨其特点和一般规律。结果 2014年我院临床药学部收集到完整报告共计114份,涉及不良反应的药品有42种。抗感染药物居首位,其次为中成药;静脉滴注最易引发ADR,占85.96%。结论 临床应加强ADR的监测工作,注意合理用药,以减少和避免ADR的重复发生。

Objective To provide reference for rational and safe drug usage in clinic by analyzing adverse drug reaction （ADR） reports in our hospital. Methods From January to December in 2014,ADR reports from every department were collected by our pharmacy department,and were calculated and analyzed in order to explore the characteristics and gen- eral law, Results There were 114 cases occurred with ADR in total in 2014.Forty-two kinds of drugs involved in ADR. The anti-infective drug was in the first place followed by Chinese patent medicine.Intravenous dripping was the most likely to lead to ADR accounting for 85.96%. Conclusion ADR monitoring should be strengthened in clinic and ratio- nal drug use should be paid attention in order to reduce and avoid its recurrence.
