养阴清热汤联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位的临床效果

Clinical effects of yin-nourishing and heat-clearing decoction combined with Baofukang suppository in treatment of cervical ectopic columnar epithelium

目的 分析养阴清热汤联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年4月~2015年4月宫颈柱状上皮异位患者106例,将其按奇偶数字法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组53例。对照组患者采用保妇康栓外用治疗;观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用养阴清热汤口服治疗。比较两组患者治疗4周后的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗前糜烂面积、糜烂程度、下腹疼痛程度、白带情况、总分等评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组患者治疗后糜烂面积、糜烂程度、下腹疼痛程度、白带情况、总分等评分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 养阴清热汤联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈柱状上皮异位能有效改善患者临床症状与体征,促进糜烂面愈合,对提高治疗效果及患者生活质量均有重要作用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of yin-nourishing and heat-clearing decoction combined with Baofukang suppository in treatment of cervical ectopic columnar epithelium. Methods 106 patients with cervical ec- topic columnar epithelium from April 2013 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided according to odd-even numbers into the observation group and the control group,with 53 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated by external use of Baofukang suppository;While patient in the observation group were treated by external use of Baofukang suppository combined with oral medication of yin-nourishing and heat-clearing decoction.The curative effects was compared between the two groups after four weeks of treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;The symptom scores （erosion area,erosion degree, lower abdominal pain degree,leucorrhea, and total score） of the observation group was lower than that of the control group respectively after treatment（P〈0.05）,which were without significant difference before treatment （P〉0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combined application of yin-nourishing and heat-clearing decoction and Baofukang suppository in treatment of cervical ectopic columnar epithelium can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients and accelerate the healing of erosion,which plays an important role in the improvement of therapeutic effects and life quality of patients.
