摘要
使用拉伸试验机,扫描电镜,金相显微镜研究了采用CVD法制备的Ta/W层状复合材料的力学性能及影响因素。结果表明:W体积分数,热处理温度,热处理时间均对复合材料的力学性能有较大影响。W体积分数为13%的复合材料同时具有良好的抗拉强度和塑性。能够有效提高复合材料抗拉强度和塑性的热处理制度为1600℃/2 h,且热处理主要通过改变复合材料的晶粒大小及界面扩散层厚度来影响材料的力学性能。
The mechanical properties of the Ta/W composite prepared by CVD and the influencing factors were investigated by tensile test, optical microscopy(OM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that the volume fraction of W, the time and the temperature of heat treatment observably affect the mechanical properties of Ta/W composite. The composite with 13%W could afford perfect tensile strength and ductility. The appropriate heat treatment is 1600 °C/2 h which could enhance the mechanical properties of the Ta/W composite. The heat treatment can change the size of the composite grains and the thickness of diffusion layer, thus influencing the mechanical properties of the Ta/W composite.
