局限性前列腺癌的微创治疗进展 被引量:4

摘要 根治性手术、外放疗或积极监测是局限性前列腺癌的主要治疗方式,但由于很多患者难以接受长期监测带来的巨大的心理压力,及根治性治疗的相关并发症如尿失禁、勃起功能障碍等带来的痛苦和生活质量损害,应用受到限制。随着微创治疗技术的发展,近距离照射、冷冻消融、高能聚焦超声、光动力治疗、不可逆电穿孔等方式正以有效、微创、安全的优势在治疗局限性前列腺癌方面发挥着越来越大的作用。本文主要就以上几种微创治疗方法进行综述。 Radical prostatectomy,external beam radiation and active surveillance are the main treatments for localized prostate cancer. However,many patients are difficult to accept the psychological burden of active surveillance and the distress caused by potential side effects of radical therapy,including incontinence and erectile dysfunction,which make them limited. With the development of minimally invasive techniques,such as brachytherapy,cryoablation,high-intensity focused ultrasound,photodynamic therapy,and irreversible electroporation,novel procedures are playing an increasingly important role in the treatment of localized prostate cancer with their effective,minimally invasive,and safe advantages. This article mainly reviewed the above several minimally invasive treatment methods.
