1980年至2015年,是中国电视新闻评论节目从无到有,从有到多,从多到富,量、质并进的35年。文章以时间为纵坐标,以发展规律为横坐标,对这35年间中国电视新闻评论节目作出总结性回顾,重点讨论有重大创新和发展的八个方面,即:节目题材与舆论监督、报道与评论深度、评论时效、评论员制、多元互动、节目形态、大数据变革、节目主持人。这八个方面勾勒出中国电视新闻评论节目的发展全貌。

From high quality and program during 1980 to 2015, TV news comment program in China has developed high quantity from nothing. This paper is a concluding reflection for 35 years, which developed more for the Chinese TV news comment these 35 years, which adopts time as ordinate and takes development norm as abscissa. Moreover, this paper mainly focuses on eight perspectives of its creativity and evolution. Specifically, they are program type and public opinion supervision, report and remarkable depth of comment, comment efficiency, commentator system, multiple interaction, program form, big data reform, program host. All of above eight perspectives basically cover all of the directions of the TV program. So that it draw the complete picture for the Chinese TV news comment program.
