多层螺旋CT扫描三维重建在环杓关节脱位诊断中的价值 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT扫描三维重建技术对环杓关节脱位的诊断价值。方法利用多层螺旋CT扫描三维重建技术对1例气管插管后环杓关节脱位患者的环杓关节进行扫描及重建,并与电子喉镜及普通CT扫描所得信息进行对比。结果多层螺旋CT扫描三维重建技术较电子喉镜及普通CT扫描相比,更直观、更清晰的反映了环杓关节的形态、脱位的性质及杓状软骨位移方向等信息。结论多层螺旋CT扫描三维重建技术可为环杓关节脱位提供更详细的诊断信息,并有助于指导后续治疗。
