摘要
兰成渝成品油管道、兰郑长成品油管道和兰成原油管道分别由兰州首站油库和西部管道原油库接出,一旦发生泄漏事故,会对沟道附近的居民小区和中、小学造成极大危害,乃至影响黄河中下游水质。元托帽沟管道泄漏事故后果分析主要是针对管输汽油、柴油和原油进行风险识别,计算小孔、中孔、大孔及断裂状况下的油品泄漏量,分析多种洪水重现期下油品漂移至黄河、兰州主城区的时间,并确定出池火灾、蒸气云爆炸两种次生灾害下的最大影响距离分别为258、1 185 m。针对元托帽沟输油管道的实际状况,建议定期检测、更换管道,加强沟道附近居民及中、小学生安全防范意识教育。
kanchengyu, Lanzhengchang and Lancheng oil pipelines are laying along Yuan- tuomao River, once oil pipelines leakage accident happened, the residents and schools near to Yuantuomao River are in danger, or even Yellow River. This paper studied on the risk identification of-gasoline, diesel and crude, the leakage rate of different pore size, drift time of different flood peak discharge, influence scope of two secondary disaster. And finally the pool fire and explosion maximum influence distance of leakage is ensured 258m and 1185m. For the consequence, some suggestions and measures are given out.
