西古尔纳Ⅱ油田高硬度高矿化度采出水回注处理工艺

摘要 油田采出水回注处理技术与油田采出水中所含杂质的种类及性质、油藏性质、原油性质等因素密切相关。伊拉克西古尔纳Ⅱ油田的采出水具有高硬度、高矿化度、低pH值的特点,为了使其在处理后达到要求较高的回注水水质指标,通过对原水水质的分析,以及综合考虑经济、环保和社会效益,确定了水力旋流→诱导气浮→核桃壳过滤→精细过滤的处理工艺方案,并对设备、管线的选材给出了明确规定。该方案不仅能满足处理水质指标要求,达到安全、稳定运行的目的,而且在节省投资和占地方面效果也非常突出。 Produced water re-injection treatment process has closely correlations with the characteristics of petroleum reservoir, crude oil and the components of produced water. The produced water in West Qurna Ⅱ oi[field is characterized by its high hardness, high salinity and low pH. In order to meet the high quality requirements of re-injection water, a preferred process of Hydro Cyclone→IGF→NSF→CF has been finalized based on technical and economic evaluation of various practical technologies, in consideration of the raw produced water and principle specification on material selection for equipment and pipes. This process can not only ensure the facility' s safe and stable operation, but also save cost and land.
