摘要
为了解决边远油井在集输过程中存在的一系列困难和问题,结合目前国内高气油比、低液量油井集输工艺,在深入调研长庆油田各采油厂边远油井目前集输现状的基础上,采用了同步回转混输工艺的解决方案。现场应用情况分析证明,该工艺能够有效地解决边远油井集输过程中存在的高回压、高成本、管线易堵塞、伴生气回收难等问题;该工艺还能实现油井伴生气的高效回收,产生较好的安全环保效益。
Oil-gas gathering and transferring in remote wells is always the difficulty of petroleum surface engineering. There are a series ofproblems in the long distance transportation and storage. After an in-depth investigation for the remote wells in Changqing oilfiled, the synchronal rotary mixed transportation technology was adopted based on the comparison among the main transportation and storage processes under the high gas-oil ratio and low liquid conditions. According to the practical application in Changqing oilfield, this technology was proved to be an effective method in dealing with high back-pressure, high cost, pipe blocking, and difficulties in gas recovery. Additionally, this technology can recover associated gas efficiently which helps to safety and environment.
