摘要 用差式扫描量热法(DSC)和热重分析(TG)研究了微波作用下聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)水解解聚为单体对苯二甲酸(TPA)和乙二醇(EG)的反应。从残留PET的结晶度和热稳定性间接体现了解聚反应的程度。采用加热/冷却/再加热的DSC分析过程,证明随解聚反应时间的延长,反应程度增大,残留PET分子量减小,热稳定性降低。 The hydrolytic depolymerization of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) under microwave irradiation is studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and Thermogravimetrical analysis (TGA). PET is hydrolyzed to terephthalate acid(TPA) and ethylene glycol (EG). The degree of depolymerization is characterized by the crystallization and thermal stability of un-depolymerized PET residue. One heating/cooling/reheating cycle process in the DSC apparatus is applied. The results indicat that at longer reaction times and pressures the degree of hydrolysis of PET increases, the molecular weight of PET residue decreases and the thermal stability decreases.
