摘要
研究了微波作用下聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)的水解解聚反应。证明了微波非致热效应的存在。在微波功率800W、2MPa和120min,水与PET的重量比为10:1的反应条件下,PET能够完全解聚成单体对苯二甲酸(TPA)和乙二醇(EG),而PBT解聚率最高只有1.59%,这说明微波对聚合物的解聚反应有很强的选择性。
The hydrolytic depolymerization of Polyethylene terephthalate (PET)and polybutylece terephthalate (PBT) under microwave irradiation is studied in this paper. The experimental results for PET and PBT are compared for samples processed at 2MPa for 120 min, at 800W and with weight ratio of water to PET of 10 : 1. PET completely depolymerized to terephthalate acid(TPA) and ethylene glycol(EG). However, the maximum degree of PBT depolymerization only 1.59%. The results indicate that microwaves are highly selective in activating reaction pathways. When compare with traditional heating methods, there are clearly non-thermal effects contributing to the microwave depolymerization of PET.
