摘要
以钛酸丁酯、硝酸锂和磷酸为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法和微波加热法,合成了纯相的LiTi2(PO4)3超细粉。研究了微波合成温度和时间对粉体晶相和晶粒度的影响。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)和自动电位粒度仪对制备的粉体进行了表征。结果表明,微波加热600℃,保温15min,可得到纯相的LiTi2(PO4)3,FE-SEM照片显示所合成粉体的粒度约为100nm。
Single phase LiTi2(PO4)3 ultrafine powder is prepared from tetrabutyl titanate, lithium nitrate and phosphoric acid by sol-gel and microwave heating method. The influence of synthesis temperature and soaking time on the crystallite phase and crystallite size of LiTi2 (PO4)3 powders is studied. The properties of powders are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field Emission-scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM) and Automatic Potential Granularity analysis. The results confirm that single phase LiTi2(PO4)3 is prepared by microwave irradiation at 600℃for 15min, and the FE-SEM photographs show that the particle size of powder is about 100nm.
