摘要
采用碳热还原法的微波加热合成技术一次性完成从原料TiO2和碳粉到Ti(C,N)微粉的合成。用XRD进行物相分析和测试表明,对一定的合成原料和配比,通过严格控制合成反应条件、温度、时间、气氛和压力等,可以在较低温度下制备出符合预定值的Ti(Cx,N1-x)固溶体,并从热力学和动力学上分析了合成的机理。
Ti(C, N) micropowder are synthesized from titania and carbon powder, by microwave carbothermal reduction in a one-step. X-ray diffraction results show that the Ti (Cx,N1-x), with predetermined value of x, are prepared at relatively low temperatures, by strictly controlling the reaction condition (temperature, time, atmosphere and pressure), for fix raw materials and weight ratios. The mechanism of synthesize is analyzed from dynamics and thermodynamics.
