摘要 对含碳氧化锰矿粉微波加热升温特性进行了研究。试验表明,氧化锰矿粉具有优良的微波加热特性,且优于无烟煤粉。在一定的微波加热功率、质量和配碳比条件下,微波加热含碳氧化锰矿粉到1100℃、1200℃、1300℃的升温速率分别为73.83℃/min、46.33℃/min、37.46℃/min。随着配煤比的提高,含碳氧化锰矿粉的升温速率有所下降。钙质石灰对微波的吸收能力较差,应尽量减少配加量。 The microwave heating characteristics of manganese oxide ore fines containing coal are researched in the paper. Manganese oxide ore fines have good microwave heating characteristics, better than anthracite and others powders. At higher microwave input powers, larger load sizes, and a molar ratio of C :O the heating rate of manganese oxide ore fines containing coal is 73.83℃/min,46.33℃/min, and 37.46℃/min at 1100℃, 1200℃and 1300℃respectively. The heating rate of the samples is found to be temperature dependant, as it slows with increased proportioning of coal. Calcic lime powder has lower microwave absorption characteristics and therefore any proportioning should be minimized.
