摘要
通过实验研究了微波加热技术高温合成一种重要的无机胶凝材料矿物——硅酸二钙。通过研究与分析,我们认为:第一,用微波加热技术能够合成硅酸二钙矿物;第二,因微波加热升温速度快、属于内部加热且温度均匀,因此能够加速硅酸二钙矿物的合成过程以及使所合成产物具有较为均匀的形貌,这对于提高作为无机胶凝材料的硅酸二钙矿物的质量是有利的。
In this paper, the pyro-synthesis of dicalcium silicate, which is one of most important inorganic cementitious minerals, by microwave heating is studied. Analysis confirms the synthesis of dicalcium silicate. The short processing time(high heating rate), interior heating, and nearly uniformed temperature distribution characteristic of microwave synthesis processes, specifically, here in the synthesis of mineral dicalcium silicate, yields products with more uniform microscopic morphologies, which improve the quality of mineral dicalcium silicate as a cementitious material.
