摘要
在单模腔的微波作用下对FW-1牌号的钨粉进行球形化处理,并对其球化原理和微波加热效果进行了分析。结果表明,在微波功率为450~1000W时对FW-1牌号的钨粉处理不同时间后均可观察到多面体原始钨粉的球化现象。升高功率和延长处理时间均有助于钨粉的球化。
Spheroidizing treatment of tungsten powder has been attained by single-mode microwave sintering, and the spherical theory and the heating effect are also investigated. The results show that, spherical tungsten powder is produced by controlling microwave power in 450~1000W and microwave treatment time. Increasing microwave treatment power and time helps to produce well-spheroidized powder.
