摘要
在模式耦合理论的基础上对波导半径渐变与波导轴线弯曲圆波导模式变换器进行了研究,利用三维电磁模拟软件设计出较好的几何结构,得到具有较高转换效率的220GHz圆波导TE03-TE11模式转换器。
Based on coupled mode theory, this paper is a detailed discussed on using circular waveguide mode convers ion, within a tapered waveguide radius and curved axis, to obtain a better geometric structure with three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software. The 220GHz gyrotron mode converter designed using this method displays a high conversion efficiency.
