摘要
利用等效电路理论分析了一种慢波开环谐振器,并结合多层结构设计了一种新型的椭圆函数滤波器。这种滤波器的传输特性由分布在电介质上、下表面的慢波开环谐振器相互耦合构成,且上、下表面谐振腔之间的耦合通过引入接地板上的耦合孔得到。为了验证这一方法,设计了一个六腔的带通滤波器,理论分析与全波仿真结果一致。
In this paper,a slow-wave open-loop resonator is analyzed by equivalent circuit theory. A novel elliptic filter, with multilayer structure is developed. The properties of the filter are obtained by use of resonators, which when placed in two stacked layers in a common ground plane,the coupling between the upper layers and those below yield the transmission properties of the filter. For further characterization, a six pole band-pass filter was designed.
