摘要
详细介绍了用于检测矿井车辆x波段多普勒传感器系统的研制。从低成本和小型化方面考虑,此系统采用了同腔振荡-混频的形式。在此结构中,由于振荡的产生和混频分别由不同器件来完成,解决了发射功率和混频效率的问题。利用多传感器原理,在传感器系统中对称地安装了两个收发前端,分别向矿井车辆的前下方和后下方发射和接收微波信号,然后对回波信号进行处理、采集,从而大大提高了系统测量的精度。
This paper describes research on X-band doppler sensor system, used to measure the speed of claw passenger trucks. Considering cost efficiency and miniaturization, we incorporated oscillation and mixing in the structure of a single cavity. In this design, the systems oscillator and mixers are completed by different device, so the usual problems associated with transmitter power and mixing efficiency are resolved. Using multi-sensor principle, a sensor system is installed, including a transceiver and receiver in front-end, which transmits and receives microwave signal from the back-bottom of the claw passenger truck. Using echo signal processing greatly improves the measurement accuracy of system.
