摘要
采用了HFSS仿真软件设计平板微波炉。根据仿真确定的微波炉腔体结构已经在试产中。为了证明仿真手段的真实可信,在冷测状态下,把空载和负载时的仿真结果的反射系数S11与安捷伦公司的网络分析仪极化图进行了对比。结果显示在空载状态下二者稍微有点差别,主要体现在相位出现了一定角度的偏移,但是大小、形状都很相似..负载状态下大小、位置都很相像,证明这个结果是可以接受的。在热测状态下。使用了远红外摄像仪与仿真得到的玻璃板上的电场分布进行了比较,结果显示除了在一点细节上稍有差别之外,二者具有较好的一致性。
HFSS software is used to design a microwave oven that is now being tested for manufacturing. To test the feasibility of the method, a network analyzer is used to measure the reflection coefficient, S11, in an empty and a loaded cavity. The experimental results are compared with the simulation results from a cold test. There is a little difference between the simulated and experimental data, mainly resulting from the phase difference, but the size and shape are similar in empty and loaded situations, so the results are acceptable. In a hot test, a far-infrared thermal imaging system is used to record the electric field distribution on the glass board. Results are presented and compared with the simulation data.
