摘要
在微波工程中,经常运用数值方法来解决实际问题,其中谐振腔本征模的数值求解已被广泛应用于多种微波器件的结构设计和参数优化。总结了近年来微波谐振腔本征模求解算法的研究进展,运用当前最为有效的带切比雪夫多项式迭代的幂偏移法,解决了常规方法计算速度慢和精度不够等问题,并对实际应用中几种较为典型的微波谐振腔进行了计算。
Numerical methods are frequently used in microwave engineering for solving lots of practical problems, of which the eigen-mode solution in resonant cavities has been widely introduced into the structure design and parameter optimization of various microwave devices. The latest research in eigen-mode solution algorithms is thoroughly reviewed in this paper. It is confirmed that the algorithm based on power-shift method with Chebyshev polynomial iteration is more effective than ordinary algorithms, because of its high computational velocity and precision. The dimensions of some typical microwave resonant cavities are also calculated.
