摘要 通过对计算机仿真的原理介绍引出微波硫灯中高频系统的仿真分析。首先说明仿真分析中所应用的模型结构、计算公式,然后给出通过仿真计算得到的场强、场分布、驻波比等数据,与低功率测量结果取得很好一致,并依据仿真重点分析了波导打火现象以及壁电流、反光片对微波系统的影响。最后通过与国外同类产品的比较,阐明未来仿真研究的趋势和方向,其中着重提到高功率状态下硫灯仿真的必要性。 In the paper, the computer simulation of HF system in a sulfur lamp is developed. The model and formulas that are used in analysis are illustrated . The computer simulation provides data on intensity and distribution of the electric field, S11, etc, which are in agreement with experimental results in low power experiments. The phenomenon of waveguides striking light, and other factors, such as current density and viewfinders, which have an effect upon microwave system, are discussed. The direction of future simulation research is purposed, according to comparison with foreign products, taking into account a focus on the necessity of computer simulation of sulfur lamps at high power.
