摘要
介绍了微波加热技术在沥青路面现场热再生、厂拌热再生和清除路面冰雪等道路养护技术中的应用和发展;探讨了采用微波技术进行路面病害无损检测的工作原理、实现方法及其应用;提出了微波加热器结构参数设计是影响加热均匀性和效率的主要因素之一,分析了防微波泄漏措施和技术经济性等问题。研究表明,微波加热具有效率高、无污染,微波无损检测具有检测快速、准确等特点,可有效提高路面养护质量和道路病害无损检测能力,应用前景良好。
Herein is a discussion of the development of microwave applications in road maintenance for hot in-place pavement recycling, plant-mixed hot recycling, and the removal of snow and ice. The theory and implementation approach to microwave applications in nondestructive detecting of road disease is also included. Structural parameters design was found to highly influence the heating efficiency and uniformity of the microwave heaters. Microwave radiation shielding and production economics are also discussed. Microwave treatment of asphalt pavement surfaces is a promising candidate for road restoration and damage detection of pitch road surface. The microwave processes are robust, with high heating ratios, accurate non-destructive detecting and environmentally friendly recycling.
